We also support a series of European products or those imported from the Orient, whose performance and reliability we have been able to verify over the years, having been adopted in our own applications.
Devices of our production
The devices we produce are designed for performance and robustness.
Every single device is always tested and the declared performances are real.
Warehouse quantities depend on requests and the products are normally available in stock.
Import devices
We have added devices from other companies with which we have collaborated to our products. We have also selected a series of imported products whose quality level we have been able to evaluate over the years.
For the distribution of new items, we carry out the electrical and functional tests in our laboratory, necessary to guarantee correspondence to the declared specifications.
Hardware and Firmware
For products that require embedded or PC programming for a specific application, we can provide a turnkey package.
The customer must provide us with the request for a quote, attaching all the data and detailed specifications of the application.
After that, we will send the estimate and production times within 24 hours, with a code to be entered in the cart to place the order and payment.
Delivery time
Delivery times from the warehouse to the customer are normally 48 hours and the goods travel via tracked couriers; the flat-rate cost is €9 up to a maximum weight of 50kg.
After sales assistance
We provide a free after-sales service that helps the customer solve technical problems relating to our products, both in terms of installation and hardware as well as the software part.
The customer must send an e-mail to tecnica@xonelectronics.it specifying the nature and details of the problem and indicating a telephone number where he can be traced.
